Edit song info and cover art

Edit one song

1. 1Right-click the song (or click ⋯) and choose Edit Info…
2. 2Change any of Title, Artist (singers), Album / Movie, Album artist, Music director, Genre, Year, Track and Disc. You can also paste Lyrics (plain text or LRC with [mm:ss.xx] times).
3. 3To change the cover, click Choose image… (JPG or PNG) or Remove cover.
4. 4Click Save N changes. The changes are written into the music file.

Edit a whole album or folder

1. 1Right-click an album or folder and choose Edit Info for N Songs…
2. 2Fields that differ between songs show Mixed: leave empty to keep each song’s value.
3. 3Fill in only what you want to change (it gets an amber border) and click Save N changes. Other fields stay as they are on each song.

Undo

Before writing, Paatu Cassette backs up the original tags and cover. Go to Settings › Tags & Music Directors and click Undo Last Tag Edit to put them back. Each save is one undo step, so you can press it again to go further back.
